I was looking for the org.eclipse.juno.build project to contribute 4.2M1 but I see that it hasn't been created yet. Is this project just not created yet or has it moved to a git repo?

Just hasn't been started yet ... but will be soon ... this week. 

We'll start off in cvs, to minimize change and consider migration to git later.

Note this will be the first ever release train milestone on platform 4.x. Hopefully all goes smoothly, but in case of problems don't hesitate to ping us.
