The eclipse.org front page is incredibly busy these days with feeds and links everywhere.  Although there's a very easy to find the button linking to the downloads, the "New to Eclipse?" link gets neither the enlarged font nor differentiating color to help guide users to it.  I'm not sure it could be enlarged where it is now without ruining the aesthetics, but it should be larger and attract as much attention as the downloads themselves.

Closing has wont fix since "New to Eclipse?" was removed after a website re-design.

The Getting Started page is now available under More > Eclipse IDE
