Need to find library for parsing XSD schema since Oracle JDK does not contain such library, need some research for it.

when creating patch, if the patch needs to contain image files, CVS cannnot deal with this, so the patch does not contain newly added images files.

please put file newxsltemplate_wiz.gif under plug-in: org.eclipse.edt.ide.ui
   icons/wizban folder;

pug file newrec_wiz.gif,record_template.gif under org.eclipse.edt.ide.ui
   icons/ctool16
