Running Eclipse (3.7) on XFCE 4.6 (Debian GNU/Linux) I am experiencing, that proposal windows are not correctly cleared (destroyed). That means, sometimes you see "rests" of various proposal windows. Those won't disappear until you save file.

Happens in Java editor.

Very old version of SWT and I cannot reproduce this bug on GTK3.22, SWT master as of today, and Fedora 28. Please reopen this bug if the issue reoccurs.
