Build Identifier: 

The User Data Collector (UDC) for Eclipse Recommenders collects information about class usage and dependencies. The collected data is used to improve the Recommenders models in order to provide useful suggestions to the user.

UDC provides usage data upload and updating existing models in eclipse.
