[Tabbed Properties] - Conflict when loading MARTE profile - Properties view displays only the advanced tab 

Context :
Papyrus version Indigo 0.8 and 0.8.1

The properties view works fine with only Papyrus, but if we upload the MARTE profile Plugin, then the properties view do not show the right tabs anymore (only the advanced tab is available).
This prevents from using MARTE.

It does not occur on version 0.7.4 where MARTE works fine.

Changed the header to [Property view] instead of [Tabbed properties]

There is currently *no* workaround for this bug on Papyrus - Indigo.

To use MARTE, you currently need to use the version 0.7.4 of Papyrus (Helios)

The conflicting property view has been removed, and a new one has been implemented on the new framework. This bug if fixed.
