In bug 347892 the picker has been added but it's not used because by default we push new branches to origin (see bug 353557). This is now fixed[1], so the picker can be enabled. Moreover, the UI need to adapt to the fact that from now on all branches return a collection when asked for their RemoteLocation.

Changes pushed. Now when there are two or more remotes for the branch we can choose to witch we want to push. In some places where we has "Switch to remote" actions and we have more than one remote I don't display this action, because we don't know what remote we should switch to.
