The LineWidth appearance property of an Edge symbol does not reflect its changes in diagram.

The changes have been made in Block Definition Diagram only as modifying oep.diagram.common would require to revisit all edge / diagram to fix edit part and figures.

In r5180 :
- AbstractElementLinkEditPart modified to support lineWidth changes
- AbstractElementLinkEditPart modified to support decoration changes
- AbstractElementLinkEditPart modified to add a predefined set of decorations
- Edge edit parts and figures fix (mostly removing a part of the behavior from Figure and let the edit part drive the changes).
