Instead of SqlLib we'll have...something else...  Should be described in Tim's SQL spec.

Matt and I met and discussed the functions in SQL lib.

The SqlData object gave users access to SQLState and ErrorCode, these are now fields on the SQLException.

currentSchema is a method on SQLDatasource.

connect and disconnect have been replaced by open and close actions.

Other functions are currently not required for EDT.
