Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make a break point
2.go to a line where there is a method call.

And what if you don't use F7 but use the tool item or menu item instead?

This is working fine for me. Do you have any other plug-ins installed that might be causing a keybinding conflict?
