Reproducible with Controls Demo -> Tree Tab from CVS HEAD. Click on "Pack all columns" and observe the result. Items with text "Node_10.x" are cut off. Expand the first node and execute the pack again. Subnodes are not respected in column width calculation.

The TreeColumn#pack() now respects sub items. There is still an issue with TreeColumn and text size determination. When pack is executed, the column width is based on "estimated" texts width. This issue will be covered by bug 233614.
