The goal of this enhancement is to be able to generate the RUIWidgets that are used within the FVT testsuite, including Div, Button, TextLabel, etc.

Partially implemented;  some of the RUIWidgets could not be generated at this time because of IR bugs and will be addressed under a separate defect.  This enhancement covers basic RUIWidget support.
