Once the code for bug 351604 is checked in, there will be many compile errors in org.eclipse.edt.samples.  Types have been removed or renamed, etc.  Remove samples that use things we're not supported in EDT 0.7 and fix the remaining problems.

Deferring this work until after .7, since the "main" focus of .7 is to support developing Web Clients and Services while showcasing the generators (Java and JS) used to implement that solution.

We can revisit this work when we isolate the EDT Core component with its own build.

We updated the samples for 0.8.1, and again for 0.8.2 M3.

FYI - This defect was for the generator extension sample(s).
