I linked source location folder (project properties -> path and symbols -> source location). Later I decided to delete it. In project properties -> path and symbols -> source location I selected source folder and pressed delete. For some reason it still appears in project structure (project explorer).

Reproducible: Always

After additional investigation, I think I undesrstood the behavior and it is correct. In project "properties -> path and symbols -> source location" delete is used to delete folder from build path.
