Steps:
1. Go to Repos page
2. Try to tag a commit
=> Error: Unable to load /gitapi/commit/d60b67dc3a57c357e7efe235faf25ec946fb91e4/rv/ status:500

The URI is bad. It should be /gitapi/commit/d60b67dc3a57c357e7efe235faf25ec946fb91e4/file/rv/
