Renders better in Chrome.

The main wiki web page produces a big amount of white space within the site.  It seems that chrome isn't able to find a necessary css, or isn't importing one that is needed.

I made some modifications to the the main html page, and added complete urls and this fixes the big gap issue.  So it at least shows that Chrome can handle things, the culprit might be the CDATA item with the style tag at the begining, it has an import statement in there that didn't have a complete path.

Fixed.  Looks like Chrome didn't like the following css:

font: small sans-serif;
