When MDT Papyrus runs with an installation of MARTE several messages appears :
"Both 'org.eclipse.papyrus.marte.static.profile' and 'org.eclipse.papyrus.marte.static.profile' register an extension parser for 'MARTE'"

MARTE is a profile it is not needed to have extension parsers matching 'MARTE'

done, the extension parsers have been deleted
