1. Right click on toolbar area 
2. Go to customize perspective
3. unselect items
4. Ok

I'm unable to reproduce this crash with the steps below and I'm using the exact same build.
Can you confirm whether you're continuing to see this problem and also indicate which OS and what version you're using?

I'm still facing this issue even in Helios also
OS == ubuntu 10.04
+ i'm using macbuntu theme (in case there might be some relation)

I can't reproduce this on Oxygen, and Indigo is not supported anymore.
