The 4.2 product files still have 4.1.0.qualifier versions in the them.  These should be updated to 4.2

Currently you can't update from 4.1.x to 4.2 becuase the 4.2 products are still at 4.1 with something like 4.1.0.I20110719-2201 which is less than a maintenance build with 4.1.0.M2011...
