The EMF Compare Copier should try and find referenced EObjects in the whole resource set instead of considering only the resource of the "referencing" Object.

EMFCompareEObjectCopier#findReferencedObjectCopy should be altered to go up to the ResourceSet level instead of Resource level.

This has now been fixed on master.
