Xtend/Xpand IDE Integration plug-ins shall be made available as regular part of Sphinx builds, downloads and update sites. The following steps need to be done:
* Move Xtend/Xpand IDE Integration plug-ins from experimental to plugins/examples/tests folders on Sphinx SVN
* Add Xtend/Xpand IDE Integration plug-ins to Sphinx psf files
* Provide appropriate features for Xtend/Xpand IDE Integration plug-ins and integrate them in Sphinx build (already done in #338657)
