Our translation testers installed the eclipse NLS packs along with the translations for our product.  When pressing F1 for context sensitive help on a control, the help system comes up, but there are untranslated strings.

The strings "Related Topics", "Opens a creation wizard", "More results:", etc are not translated when running in Thai.  The rest of the workbench views are translated

The Thai translations did not come from Babel.
