When working on a new task (even while both tasks are open), files that are in the context of one and need to be used for the other are removed from the first.

So, let's say I have two issues in JIRA that are in the same area of our site but affect two different things - they both may need to touch a shared file but have other, different files that they need to touch.  If I activate issue1 and modify the shared file there but have to jump into issue2 quickly to modify the shared file there - it loses the context for that file in issue1 (despite the issue remaining open.)

The file should attached to multiple contexts if needed - I can understand having it "decay over time" (like https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=343133), especially if the issues are resolved - but if the issue is open, all files in that context should remain there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate issue1
2. Edit File
3. Check context of issue1
4. Activate issue 2
5. Edit File from step 2
6. Check context of issue 2
7. Confirm in context of issue1 that file isn't there anymore

What kind of files are you editing? What kinds of edits are you making? Do files appear if you open the task editor and drag the slider on the context tab in the top-left corner all the way to the left?
