Build Identifier: Eclipse Indigo

In version 2.6, I never set a value for Height in lines (Table Component), when I render in PDF output everything was fine, but now in BIRT 3.7 version my templates are damage because the lines without height value are too small.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a report in 2.6 version, drag and drop a Table Component to layout
2. Don´t set height value in Header Row, Detais Row and Footer Row
3. Drag and Drop a Grid Component (10 lines x 1 column) to Header Row
4. If you look at Height value in Header Row it's blank...
5. Render this report in BIRT 3.7 version, the report looks smaller

Could you please attach your test report? I'd like to see if this is a duplicated one of bug #350685
