As a preparation for bug 346768, table items should buffer width for their respective texts.

The 'Data' data structure was extended to additionally hold the text width. The text width is calculated when asked for for the first time and then buffered. It is reset to 'unknown' when either text or font changes.

Rüdiger, what are the chance to buffer the "estimated" text width instead of "real" one? Maybe clear the buffer in resize listener will help in this case.

Ivan, thanks for double-checking! I followed your suggestion, the buffered text width is invalidated when the table is resized.
