1 out of 5 (or so ;) I get the import maven wizard into a state where it won't complete because it says there is a background job even though there isn't.

Until now I haven't been able to spot an error log for this occurrence but today it did happen:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import existing maven project
2. click on browse, wait, refresh, click some more, don't let it finish ;)
3. then suddenly I can't finish nor cancel and sometime not even close the window

Expected result: Even in case of an error the wizard should not think a background job is blocking...
