If you generate tables from entities and choose 'sql-script' generation, the resulting file is not opened. At the least the project should be refreshed so that you see the file in the package explorer

in HEAD for 3.1 the project is now refreshed

We also need to make sure that DDL gen files are getting appropriately cleaned up when not generating scripts.

Verified in build I-3.5.0-20121003040013 that when you generate tables from entities the file is opened and appears in the editor.  To see verification steps - http://wiki.eclipse.org/Dali_3.3_M2_Release
