Most work done. Functions unsupported in 0.7.0 are hidden from the UI which includes Shared Protocols, EGL Service support, SOAP service support, Native service support, Dynamic loading support. 

unfinished are 
- Removing the radio button when selecting deployment target, since target project is the only choice, radio button is not necessary. 
- In Add binding wizard, skip the second wizard page, because user has no choice but REST service. 

These are target to be completed in I-12.
