For org.eclipse.edt.debug.core: We'll need to duplicate some constants for SMAP transforming.

For org.eclipse.edt.debug.ui: We'll need to provide a way for generators to tell us the generated name for a .egl file. This is needed when creating breakpoints in the source editor so we'll be able to easily determine the generators enabled for the file - just need a way to ask them "what generated name would you use for this file?". If multiple generators would be generating Java code then I guess we'll need to see if they're using different generated names, and if so set a stratum breakpoint for each(?)

Thought: generate the generator ID into the SMAP.
