Seems to be the same issue as in Bug 352282 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 352282 *** I think the Synchronize View is definitely one problem area, but there are others. For instance, see Bug 352282 comment 3. And currently I am up to over 700M and I haven't used the Synchronize view at all. Editors also appear to be leaked according to bug 353147. Also history view seems to eat a lot of memory I have identified a problem with EGit on Eclipse 4.x. Perhaps 3.x users are having the same same problem, I haven't verified that yet, please see bug 354658. Is it better now? |
