If an OutOfMemoryError occurs while downloading artifacts (e.g. during signature validation), only the generic message "Could not download artifacts from any repository" is printed out - which is not explicitly wrong, but also not very helpful.

Tycho should print out a message that allows to find the root cause in this case.
