If the session times out a message is shown:
  The server session timed out. Please click here to restart the session.
It would improve usability if the keyboard focus would be on the 'here' link so that restarting the session could be achieved with the return key.

Instant fix for all keyboard fans ;-) Changes are in CVS HEAD.
