4.2M2 splash
New behavior in 4.2M2.
Kit, in 4.2 we've just re-implemented the code to provide the 'progress' feedback (the bar itself and the name of the bundle being loaded). Bogdan, do you have time to take a look at this ? Moving to platform... Please review target milestone and bump to > 4.2 if appropriate. Kit, could you check this in M7 once it comes out ? I've just tried it here and don't see the effect any more... I tried 4.2M7 with Babel's Arabic Language Pack and launched Eclipse with -nl ar. There are still problems with the splash. Did I do anything wrong?

Just as a control test, same environment, same command, the splash screen displays okay for 3.8M7.

Problem still exists in 4.4 RC3 build.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
