I hit a deadlock trying to start a headless PDE/Build.  I'm not sure if this is in the framework or not (the tip of the stack is actually in the workbench).

I've attached the stack here.  Tom, what do you think?  Does this stack look familiar.

I'll be off-line for two weeks.

This is a duplicate of bug344030 and can be worked around by a fix to bug344727.  Hopefully will not need a work around at all when we can run on Java 7 VM.
