I noticed that the name of the user region is found all over Virgo's code. One approach would be to use a global constant.

As Glyn suggested: "If we implement multiple user regions in a future release, we'll need a better approach than a global constant. If the code that needs the name of the user region is running in the user region, it would be better for it to determine  the name of the region containing the "current" bundle."
