import a project from repository, all files clone to local disk.

if the file (or folder) name contains Chinese character, like "说明.txt",then it display as unrecognise file.

but in tortoise git(1.6.5.0 ), it is all right.

so i have to commit file in system folder by tortoise git..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.import a project from repository, all files clone to local disk.
2.if the file (or folder) name contains Chinese character, like "说明.txt",then it display as unrecognise file.

3.but in tortoise git(1.6.5.0 ), it is all right.

EGit chinese file status bug.

when clone or import a project, the folder or file which contains chinese charactor has recognized as a new file.. like the picture.
