Follow the screenshot steps:

1. Open about dialog
2. Press question mark
3. Press ok.

The problem can be reproduced using the EPP testing for Eclipse for Testers.
Use the Test Suite with the bug id.

(Use "Eclipse for Testers" Indigo Release)

This is a Windows bug. Centos runs without any problems.

The problem can be reproduced using one of the FULLTEST-BROKEN Windows Test Suites.

I can no longer find the question mark in the about dialog, and the EPP tests are currently in a dormant state. Marking as wontfix.

I was not able to reproduce the described behavior using Eclipse for Testers
Version: Juno Service Release 2. Closed due to comment 3.
