Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Controls Demo -> Tree tab
2. Select the checkbox "Custom foreground on 1st item"
Nothing changes on the tree. I expect that the columns different than the first (with selection) will have this custom foreground on the first item.
3. Change the selection to other item - custom foreground appears.
Note that custom background works.

Fixed in CVS HEAD. Missed one argument in TreeRow.js#_renderCells.
