Bug 306958 updated JavaMethodCompletionProposal#computeTriggerCharacters to handel METHOD_REF proposal types but it was not updated for CONSTRUCTOR_INVOCATIONS.  It needs to be updated so that if the first proposal is a no arg constructor it will not be automatically inserted by typing a period.
