Try the attached rcp_eclipse_slicer.target. The exact same target worked perfectly on 3.6 with the helios site. In 3.7 and the indigo site, I get "Unable to satisfy dependency from org.eclipse.equinox.executable.feature.group ..." and  "Unable to satisfy dependency from toolingorg.eclipse.rcp.sdk.id.configuration ..." warnings (see screenshot). These warnings result in "0 plug-ins available". I guess these warnings are not supposed to prevent the content from getting available? Planner still works, but afaik without the slicer one cannot setup a target suitable for "export for multiple platforms".

Works in 3.7.1 now
