Steps:
1. Edit a file
2. Stage it
3. Unstage it (re-enabled in bug 347776)
4. Open Git status for the project
5. Checkout the file
=> Nothing happens
6. Stage the file
=> The file disappears from both Staged and Unstaged section, which is expected after 5.

This works fine when in 2. you "Stage All" and in 3. you "Unstage All". That's why it's a blocker to bug 347776.

This is still blocked by two bugs in JGit: bug 353867, bug 355205. If they're not fixed within a week or so I will change the target to 0.4. To match the reality.

Bug 355205 has been fixed (merged in gerrit) so I have pushed a test that now pass as http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=2fb658023e20f2fcce4eee1c0d47fb3e0e453f8b. Bug 353867 is a special case which should not happen as long as the user does all his work in Orion. Marking this one as fixed.
