The tooltip, in Opera 11.10, only shows the background without any text. The format of the tooltip is small which might suggest that the tooltip data hasn't loaded at all.

David Normington investigated this bug. Closing as WONTFIX because this is a bug in Opera. He opened a bug report for the issue with id DSK-342785.
