To reproduce, open the TableViewer tab in the controls demo.
Move the mouse cursor quickly from the top of the table down to the bottom.
Observe that the last item's cell tooltip appears on the empty area below.

Fixed by check if current cell (under the current mouse position) is the same with the requested tooltip cell before show the tooltip. Changes are in CVS HEAD.
