The private notes section of the task editor should be moved to below attachments, just above description.

That sounds good to me. Can you give a quick summary of the rationale behind this change request?

The thinking is that private notes is like your private description, so it should be near the description section. Also, putting attachments next to Attributes makes sense because they both start with 'A', so it should make it easier to find things.
