The .gitignore file currently contains an entry to ignore .settings folders when committing. Why don't we commit those .settings folders to git? I think they are project specific. Not user specific.

At least for moreUnit settings it would make sense to commit them for anyone who's tired of managing unit tests manually. For all others who want to manage unit tests manually, those settings would not have any negative effects.

So I'm voting to get .settings into git. :-)

Agreed. It's a bit tricky to change the .gitignore but please go ahead and make this change.

Committed new .gitignore, added moreUnit prefs. I'm closing this bug.
