A minor issue - request is to have a proper message shown when user tries to move a read only file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create any project
2.Create any file - mark it as read-only
3.Try to move this file
4.Click No in the confirmation dialog - observe the error message dialog

Could you attach the error log? Is it a vanilla Eclipse or you have extra plug-ins installed?
