Description Leo Dos Santos CLA 2011-07-13 19:27:32 EDT
Given that the Eclipse Team API doesn't have a generic notion of push/commit/checkin, it would be great if Mylyn Versions took on the ability to provide a post-commit hook, or some sort of presentation of committed resources. Bonus points for being able to couple a commit with the Mylyn task that is associated with it!

I found the initial API request for Eclipse Team/CVS, and it looks like somebody even attempted to contribute a listener interface. Might be a useful point of entry.

Thanks for the request Leo. There is indeed no generic support for monitoring commits in the team API. Hence, this would be a valuable addition to the Versions framework.
