I get a lot of error messages trying to install egit  from the nightly update site:

 Artifact not found: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.egit,1.1.0.201107092116.
Caused by:  java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://www.eclipse.org/external/egit/updates-nightly/plugins/org.eclipse.egit_1.1.0.201107092116.jar

I've resorted to using the update site from Hudson instead.

See bug 331301 comment 11.

This URL to hudson works for me:

- hudson build works again
- just checked successfully that installation from http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates-nightly works again as expected
