Jay, please follow up. Thanks! Reproduced on HEAD. I will investigate. IImportDeclaration has IImportContainer as parent which in turn has ICompilationUnit as parent. The code here assumes that the import declaration has CU as its parent. Just making sure we get the CU before calling CreateImportOperation will fix it. Dani, what UI use case triggers this?
