Got this:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

  Missing requirement: Eclipse C/C++ Remote Launch 6.0.0.201002161416 (org.eclipse.cdt.launch.remote.feature.group 6.0.0.201002161416) requires 'org.eclipse.rse.ui [3.0.0,4.0.0)' but it could not be found

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Eclipse
2. Click on Help/Install New Software
3. Enter http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/galileo
4. Click next

This is normal. That's just that C/C++ Remote Launch feature requires Remote System Explorer (RSE) as a prerequisite. You can uncheck this optional feature and proceed with installation.
